Equity Now - The Network: Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Network, an online financial education community and digital course platform operated by Equity Now, Inc. (“Equity Now”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Network, including all associated services, content, and features provided through the platform. You agree to be bound by these Terms by accessing or using The Network. If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use or access The Network.

10. Payment and Fees

Certain features of The Network, such as premium content, courses, or memberships, may require payment. By purchasing any paid services, you agree to the following:

• All payments must be made in U.S. dollars using accepted payment methods.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise stated in these Terms.
• Subscription-based services will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account settings.

Equity Now reserves the right to change pricing for services offered on The Network at any time, but price changes will not affect previously purchased services.

11. Refund Policy

Equity Now makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of The Network or the information, content, or materials provided. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties that The Network will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information obtained through The Network.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equity Now, its affiliates, employees, and officers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of The Network or your inability to access or use The Network, even if Equity Now has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Now, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of The Network, your violation of these Terms, or any third-party rights.

16. Termination of Use

Equity Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to The Network at any time, with or without notice, for conduct it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the organization. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using The Network. Equity Now may also delete or disable your account without liability.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the state and federal courts' exclusive jurisdiction in Maryland.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such or any other provision. Any failure by Equity Now to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements published by Equity Now constitute the entire agreement between you and Equity Now regarding your use of The Network and supersede any prior agreements between you and Equity Now.
